Join Bent on Healthy Living on the beach at 8am (near 53rd & Seawall in front of IHOP/Rainforest Cafe) each Wednesday in May for FREE yoga classes!

Bring your beach towel or yoga mat & water and enjoy the beautiful backdrop of the Gulf of Mexico as we wake up and move our bodies through yoga poses on the sand! All levels are welcome! This class is free and open to the public.
