17. Galveston Beach Ambassador Requirements
    • Must be at least 18 years old and commit to the following:
      • Picking up trash a minimum of once a week
      • Report the amount of trash collected to the Park Board's Environmental Coordinator for data collection purposes
      • Exemplifying kindness, a willingness to help, and a positive attitude when completing Beach Ambassador duties
      • Lending an extra hand for beach cleaning after holiday weekends or during times of high visitor volume 
      • Complete training to be a Certified Tourism Ambassador (CTA)
      • Maintain an open line of communication with the Park Board's Environmental Coordinator
      • Complete and submit an application form
